The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast sensational, the location is ideal short walk to beautiful terraced gardens, loro park and the beach or centre of town. The hotel provides a good service. Btw parking is possible on site. The adjoining onsite bar serves cold drinks.

Enjoyed this relaxing accommodation with nice and pleasant staff in all areas. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to a quiet neighbourhood, restaurants at three star hotels and beautiful terraced gardens. We saw The Cavern Club, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Had 4 days in Puerto de la Cruz, spending my time here lovely. The staff were polite and courteous in case of questions. The rooms were bright and cosy and the service good. The restaurant was nice with good food for a nice price and for every budget.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow plus the bed of mine was awful.

The hotel was great. Taste the food in restaurante ruen thai, you only need to walk 300 feet to reach it. Venue was placed not far from such tourist sites as botanical gardens. In love with puerto palace.
